At CycloRepair, we take great pride in delivering professional, reliable, and high–quality technical services for bicycles and electric bicycles. As our business primarily involves labor, repair, and maintenance services, this document outlines our formal position regarding refunds and returns.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all services rendered by CycloRepair, including but not limited to mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, diagnostic evaluations, custom installations, and other technical interventions. By engaging CycloRepair’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms herein.

2. No Returns or Refunds

All payments made for services rendered by CycloRepair are non-refundable. Because our work constitutes specialized labor and technical expertise performed upon approval of the client, CycloRepair does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind, whether partial or full, once a service has been completed.

3. Service Confirmation and Approval

Prior to commencement, clients receive a quotation or service estimate detailing the scope of work and applicable charges. Acceptance of such quotation—either verbally, in writing, or through payment—constitutes the client’s explicit authorization to proceed and acknowledgment of this policy.

4. Quality Assurance

CycloRepair maintains a strict commitment to workmanship quality and customer satisfaction. Should a client identify a concern directly related to the service performed, the matter must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days of service completion. CycloRepair will review the issue in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, provide additional service corrections if deemed warranted. No monetary reimbursements shall be issued under any circumstance.

5. Exceptions

In the rare event that an error is clearly attributable to CycloRepair’s workmanship, corrective action will be taken promptly and without additional charge to the client. This corrective measure remains the exclusive remedy available; no refunds or financial compensation will be provided.

6. Final Provisions

By engaging CycloRepair’s services, the client affirms understanding and acceptance of this No-Refund and No-Return Policy. CycloRepair reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with such revisions taking effect upon publication on our official website or communication through official channels.
